Private Sessions

Each private session is tailored to the needs and personal goals of the student attending. Private sessions can be a single student, couple, family, or group activity and can be a variety of styles.

Relaxation

Yoga Nidra

The practice of yogic sleep, wherein the body is neither asleep, nor awake, but hovering in between the realms of consciousness and unconsciousness. Diving into the inner reaches of the mind allows for the practitioner to create meaningful change and encourage the body to tap into its natural healing processes. The practice begins with light stretching to help the body find stillness in rest, and then snuggling into savasana for an guided meditation that will offer the body the opportunity to let go while you explore the vastness of your mind.

Relaxation

Restorative

I often say the hardest thing that I, or any teacher will ask is for you “to do nothing”. Restorative yoga is the practice of surrender into a pose without using muscle or searching for a deep stretch. It is the practice of simply allowing the body to open slowly with the aid of props and stillness. It’s the ideal practice for learning to quiet the mind and find rest enabling the body to untie the knots of being human.

No worry about needing any specific props. We can use pillows and blankets from around the house for support.

Vigorous Practice

Advanced Yoga Practice

For students ready to float, fly, and bend in new ways! Beginning the journey into advanced asana can be unnerving and even unsafe without the guidance of an experienced instructor. We spend time warming and strengthening all areas of the body as we work toward your apex poses.

Slow paced Practice

Beginning Yoga

Traditional Hatha yoga taught so as to be accessible to new students. Classes progress from simple stretches to warm and loosen the body into more challenging poses to help build strength and improve balance. This class is designed to be appropriate for any level student, but caters to the student new to yoga so they can practice without fear of being lost.

Slow Paced Practice

Yin

Yin incorporates deep tissue stretching that opens the myofascia and improves range of motion. Poses are typically held for 3-5 mins to allow the opening to move out of the muscle and into the resilient connective tissue of the joints. Perfect for athletes looking to improve their range of motion.

Active Practice

Vinyasa

Ready to sweat and flow through practice? This style is an energetic movement of the body attached to the natural rhythm of the breath. An amazing way to create space, work on balance, and build strength using our body weight.

Active PRactice

Yoga Fit

A fast-paced move and shake your body class meant to tone and strengthen the muscles necessary to move onto advanced asanas.

Relaxation

Meditation

Slow down. Way down. Settle into stillness and use breath to relax the mind and find peace from the inside out.
