Live & Online Classes

2020 has been an interesting year to be a yoga practitioner. From studio closings and worry over contracting COVID in group classes, many students have transitioned to private in-home sessions and livestreaming classes. I currently teach in studio twice a week and schedule virtual and live private sessions at your convenience.

Practice when you can

YouTube Classes

Coming to a studio or working with a new teacher can be intimidating, so to alleviate some of the anxiety, I’ve uploaded sampling of classes onto my YouTube channel. There you will find classes for new students, seasoned practitioners, classes for stretching and strengthening. Try them out!

A different kind of practice

IG Challenges

A fun way to connect with new yogis and win some free yoga swag is to join one of the Instagram challenges I host regularly. It’s an easy way to hold yourself accountable to daily practice and see the growth of your practice overtime.
